To explain more about liquid nitrogen, our atmosphere is composed of 79% nitrogen, which can be cooled to very low cryogenic temperatures and condensed into liquid. Its temperature can be extremely low, and at atmospheric pressure, it boils at -196C.
Liquid nitrogen is commonly employed in many industrial fields, seeing that it is a colorless clear liquid with an extremely low temperature. Particularly, it is widely used in the industry of food as a safe freezing liquid.
